The server comes with 1 primary IP and additional IPs depending on the plan. The primary IP will be assigned on purchase. For additional IPs you will need to place a request in your Reseller Control Panel. Once assigned a free IP cannot be deleted.

Will you help with Migration process?

Yes, we will migrate your cPanel accounts to our servers.

Is an Upgrade/Downgrade possible on the Bluehost server?

There is no one-click upgrade or downgrade available on these servers. However, in case of an upgrade we can manually migrate your content to the upgraded server.

From where can my customers buy this Dedicated Server?

You will need to purchase the Dedicated server on behalf of your customer. This can be done from your Express Cart as the product is not displayed on the SuperSite.

What is the money-back guarantee?

We have a 30-day money-back guarantee period on Bluehost dedicated servers. Contact your Account Manager for a refund post deletion.
